The 2025 Spring Carnival delivered another memorable campaign for the stable, headlined by the superb and ever-consistent Magic Time.
Magic Time – Our Star Continues to Shine
Magic Time returned from a break in brilliant fashion, taking out the Group 3 Cockram Stakes at Caulfield with authority. She then finished a gallant 3rd in the Group 1 Manikato Stakes at Moonee Valley before travelling to Sydney to contest the Everest, where an unfavourable wide draw and a luckless run proved costly. Back in Victoria for the Final Day of the Carnival, she produced one of the performances of the Spring—leading the Group 1 VRC Sprint everywhere but the final stride to finish a narrow second behind Giga Kick. Incredibly, from 24 career starts, Magic Time has raced outside Group or Listed company only once—when winning her maiden at Pakenham. Her outstanding record now stands at 8 wins, 3 seconds and 4 thirds, with earnings exceeding $4.5 million.
We eagerly look forward to seeing her return in 2026… and who knows—Royal Ascot may be on the horizon.
